JOURNAL CLUB: Interoception and impulsivity in addictions

In this week’s lab meeting, Charlotte and Lucas led a discussion on a new review paper by Herman. Raymond on USyd TRG Webinar early career researcher showcase

Charlotte Eben is officially joining CGR as a post-doctoral fellow! She recently finished her post-doc at Ghent University in Belgium, and her research focuses on the emotional and physiological responses to gambling episodes.

We’re excited to host Dr. Zhang Chen from Ghent University in the lab for the next 2 weeks, timed to coincide with the Society for Neuroeconomics meeting. Zhang is presenting in the Cognitive Area Workshop on “Pauses in play increase people’s sensitivity to expected value in risky choice”.
